Hey, I’m Ananya Chaturvedi, a 22-year-old who’s juggling her college life while striving towards to stay active. I have always struggled with stress and focus , but running have changed everything for me.

My biggest inspiration? My father. Despite his hectic schedule, he started his running journey in his 40s and since then never looked back. Watching his dedication and passion for running, I decided to start running after my 10th boards—only to realize that I couldn’t even slow-run for 2K! But still I pushed through, and I still remember the moment I completed my first 5K run, I was totally hooked. After a few months of starting I’ve ran two marathons a 15K group run, and the Mumbai 10K Marathon. And still been obsessed with running marathons.

Running for me isn’t just a form of exercise for me; it’s a lifestyle. It has transformed my overall physical and mental health, it also boosted my focus, had relieved my stress, and became my personal reset button. Whenever life feels overwhelming , I lace up and hit the road it’s like therapy , my motivation and my freedom.

Through my journey, I have met some incredible runners, learned from their personal experiences, and have made my fair share of mistakes on the way. Now, I want to share those lessons that I have learned throughout my journey with you. be it a newcomer who want to start running, a budding runner or someone who just wants a little guidance and motivational push to achieve their goals.
